1. Return Eligibility & Time Window

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after you receive your parcel. Return items must be unused, kept in original condition and original manufacturer packaging. Goods damaged by customer misuse, worn‑out items or customized products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Procedure

1. Send an email to service@nicafly.com, providing your nicafly.com order number and the specific reason for return;
2. Wait for our customer‑service team to reply and deliver return instructions before sending goods back;
3. Please send items eligible for return to the designated return warehouse address below.

3. Return Shipping Expense

The customer shall bear return‑shipping costs unless items arrive defective, damaged, or we shipped incorrect merchandise due to our error. For mistakes caused by our side, valid return postage will be reimbursed subject to our review.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, the refund process will be initiated within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. We are not responsible for processing delays caused by banks or card issuers.

If you want an exchange for different product or variant, please finish the return application and create a brand‑new order on nicafly.com.
